This policy describes the types of information that we may collect from you when you access or use the Photoman mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to the information we collect through our Services, including information provided in-app, via voice input, through photographs captured using the in-app camera, and in electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Services.

This policy does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third party, such as AI service providers, payment processors, or social networks used in connection with our Services. Please review their privacy policies.

By accessing or using the Services and/or registering for an account, you agree to this Privacy Policy and provide informed consent to the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information as described here. If you do not provide the information we require, we may be unable to provide the Services.

This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted is deemed acceptance of those changes.

Permissible Age: You represent that you are at least 18 years old. Photoman is designed for business use by adults and is not intended for minors.

We collect information from and about users of our Services, including:

Information You Provide to Us

• Account information: Mobile phone number used for OTP authentication and account verification.
• Business profile: Business name, category/type, optional tagline, and optional location.
• Photos: Images you upload or capture in the app to enable core photo and content features.
• Voice input: Audio input used when you choose voice-enabled features.
• Payment information: UPI transaction reference IDs and pack purchase/usage history.
• Transactional communications: Operational messages like payment confirmations and service updates.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Device and connection information: Device model, OS version, app version, network info, identifiers.
• Usage data: Feature usage, session activity, crashes, and error diagnostics.
• Approximate location: City/state level from IP or optional profile location for localization.

Photoman is a mobile application and does not use browser cookies for advertising, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling.

How We Use Information

• Core service delivery: Account access, feature delivery, and purchase support.
• Service improvement: Reliability, debugging, analytics, and product improvements.
• Communications: Service announcements and transactional notifications.
• Safety and compliance: Fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcing terms.

We do not use personal data for targeted advertising, sale to third parties, or unrelated profiling.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to provide Services and meet legal obligations.

• AI service providers: To support AI-enabled app features.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data and do not share personal data with advertisers.

• OTP-based authentication without password storage.

Data Retention

On valid account deletion requests, personal data is erased within 30 days unless legal retention obligations apply.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you may have rights including:

• Right to access personal data summaries.
• Right to correction of inaccurate/incomplete data.
• Right to erasure, subject to legal obligations.

Data of Minors

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years old. If we become aware of minor data collected without valid consent, we will take steps to delete it.

The Services may contain links or integrations to third-party services. Their practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

We may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. Material updates will be communicated through in-app notice before becoming effective.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian law, including the DPDPA and Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
